You can use shin sharkjira or mechasharkjira (i dont have him, but I think he works the same) and just aimlessly go around the map in hope to eat\kill a gem fish or gem bird or destroy helicopters and submarines
Arabian Sea works best because it has the most gemfish
Almost all of us left here are low key pros so i dont think you need to tell us that
