The changes aren't very big but they aren't minor either.

I didn't want to edit the Main Page directly just yet, so I fitted it into a blog post, but it sadly is glitched out if I place it within a blog, so I had to edit the Main Page itself.

If you prefer the old Main Page, I will revert it. If admins approve, then it will stay in its new state. Feel free to suggest improvements.

I'm still going to need your approval for this change, as well as the opinions of 5 other users. If you and a good amount of the other users approve of the new Home Page, I will keep it this way. Otherwise, I will revert the Home Page to its old state if you and the others disapprove of the new Home Page. Thank you.

I am asking this not only because it is a very major edit for the wiki, but also because the Rules section had a slight change. If you like the new page but wish to keep the old rules, I will change the Rules back.

the framing bit is pretty specific, wouldn't that fall under troll/harassment? either way, I know neither of us are hsw lawmakers but I believe a "don't bring outside drama into discussion pages" rule sounds good
