Wiki says: it's still unknown that either Behemoth is a radioactive mutant, an alien or a mystery creature from another world.

The possibility of him being a secret lab created weapon is missing. And why are both the creature from another world and the alien mentioned here. Aren't those two things the same thing?

A creature from another world is an alien isn't it. An alien is a creature from another world isn't it.

Also: Behemoth IS an Alien, thus he IS a creature from another world. A radioactive mutant could also be a secret lab created weapon.
