On the HS Discord server, two users (and another person on YT) have reported that they have encountered an Enemy Natasha in the past around the time Natasha was a new shark in Hungry Shark Evolution.

Spawns both near GW's spawnpoint, and also in the Tunnel of Death,
Looks exactly like playable Natasha but normally has no tusk. Despite this, she can shoot tusks with no cooldown
Is very dangerous. Someone said it easily killed their Big Daddy
They're most likely speaking the truth, as Natasha's in-game model is separate from her tusk model, and I know these people quite well. It never appears in current versions, so I guess we should maybe check HSE versions around the 2015 timeframe when Natasha was added. If you have seen it in the past, let me know.
