Arctic Soldiers can be found in the Arctic Ocean. The three places you can find them are the Military Base, the Village, and Splum Meates.

Trivia[]
Arctic Soldiers usually make sounds similar to the Body Guards. In later versions, a possible bug prevents them from making sounds, it was later fixed in newer versions.
