Sharkjira's Atomic Breath
Atomic Breath is a special power/ability of Sharkjira and Mecha Sharkjira. You must press the Nuclear Button located at the right side of the screen to activate it. Then it will shoot a powerful blue beam from Sharkjira's mouth that will obliterate anything on hit. (This includes cracked rocks, prey, enemy sharks, and toxic barrels). Fish will burn to a crisp and give you x2 points if you stick around to watch them obliterate, but enemy sharks will not give you any points. Vehicles still reward the normal amount of points, however. The Atomic Breath is similar to Luminite's Rays of Extinction and it works the same way, giving 2x points for most prey, normal points when destroying vehicles, and no points when killing enemy sharks. However, the Rays of Extinction are triple beams, are released in Gold Rush instead of a button, and randomly change direction.

The Magma Breath
Sharkjira also has a counterpart of his Atomic Breath, known as the "Magma Breath" which is used by his Evolution Magmajira. It is mostly identical but has a different color.

- Enemy Abyssharks, Krakens, Enemy Luminites, Enemy Behemoths, and Enemy Vikings can be killed with Atomic Breath.
- Toxic Barrels will explode similar to a Mine when hit by Atomic Breath.
- You will not earn points when you obliterate enemy sharks (even larger ones) with Atomic Breath, not even during Gold Rush.
- Atomic Breath can be useful during Gold Rush, as you may earn a lot of points.
- Atomic Breath is disabled when in the Crab Lair, most likely to prevent it from killing the Giant Crab instantly.
- For Shin Sharkjira, his "Atomic Breath" is known and called as Infernal Breath.
- It's worth noting that Magmajira's powerful breath attack doesn't have an official or commonly used name, much like the rest of Abyssaurus Rex's abilities. Despite this, the most definitive can be called as the "Magma Breath" as its name implies.
