Duel Of Legends is a mission for the Nessie in Hungry Shark Evolution. To complete the mission, you must eat 3 Kempy Bass. Upon completion, you are rewarded with 10,000 coins. This mission is extremely hard because the Kempy Bass are incredibly rare and difficult to find.

While using high-end sharks and playing for a long time, a couple of Kempy Bass are likely to spawn in different locations around the map. If you happen to get lucky enough for all of them to spawn when you arrive, you complete the mission.
