They appear in the Arctic Ocean and in the South China Sea 'exclusively on the console version'. You can eat them using a XXL Shark or Higher. (such as !! or Apex Sharks).
For whatever reason, it is shown on what XXL sharks can eat on mobile version, though not in the mobile version of the game.
