The Wereshark is the eighth Top Secret Lab shark to be unlocked in Hungry Shark Evolution. He was added as part of the Halloween update in october, 2018. His special powers are Hyper Speed and Moon Rush.
Cost[]
The Wereshark can only be viewed when the Top Secret Lab is unlocked with a high score of at least 350,000. Once an additional score prerequisite is met (scoring 750,000 points), he costs 180,000 coins or 900 gems to purchase, which is a regular price for one of the newest Top-Secret Lab sharks.
Abilities & Diet[]
The Wereshark is a powerful shark that begins every game at a considerable size, similar to that of a Great White Shark. He grows rapidly, but growth is not saved.
When nighttime falls in the game, something extraordinary happens to the Wereshark. It undergoes a fascinating transformation, growing fur and increasing in size, a phenomenon known as shape-shifting. According to its first mission, during the night, it takes on the form of a wolf.
But at the same time do not confuse shape-shifting with Moon Rush. Shape-shifting occurs exclusively during in-game nighttime, regardless of the number of points earned, and it does not affect the behavior of prey or predators. On the other hand, Moon Rush replaces Gold Rush when the Wereshark is in wolf form. Moon Rush is characterized by a partially transparent dark overlay on the screen edges, and it causes prey to slow down, or in other words, the Wereshark is able to go
The Wereshark's health bar is similar to that of a Tiger Shark in its regular form, but during in-game nighttime, it appears slightly larger. The boost bar remains consistent with that of the Great White Shark in both forms.
During daytime, the Wereshark is unable to devour large enemy sharks such as enemy Pyro Sharks, Big Daddy, and Mr. Snappy, as well as mines. Though it has the ability to destroy aircrafts and feed on blue jellyfishes. In its wolf form, the Wereshark gains the capability to consume bigger enemies, break rocks like Leo (Lipleurodon), devour small and Mega mines, and feast on all types of jellyfish. At the same time it becomes remarkably fast and agile due to its hyper speed ability. Generally, large enemy sharks like the enemy Moby Dick, Sharkjira, Abyshark, Behemoth, and others do not appear during the day while the Wereshark is in its day form. However, as the night sets in, these sea creatures start to spawn, particularly the stronger ones like the Enemy Abysshark in deeper areas. It's better to start devouring them during Moon Rush.
If the Wereshark is in the process of shape-shifting from its day form to its wolf form while in the vicinity of pink or green jellyfish, the wolf form will be affected by the stings, just like in its day form. However, when the Wereshark moves to another location, it can consume pink and green jellyfish without any issues. By consuming the Moon, the Wereshark gains a temporary shield that offers complete protection from all types of damage. One of the best special sharks
