Lord Snappy is one of the six new evolved sharks added to Hungry Shark Evolution in version 8.4. He is the current fifth strongest shark (4th possibly be DarkHammer). He costs 300 gems (120 gems when discounted for the Day At The Beach event) to be evolved. His health is 610 and is 15m long. You can change the evolution from evolution to standard and from standard to evolution whenever you want. When firstly released, this was not the case, only the visuals changed.

Appearance

Lord Snappy is a crocodile-like reptile with a shark fin on his back. His skin is navy blue with red stripes.

Skins

skins are items, that when equipped change your shark's appearance. Lord Snappy skins are:

Abilities

Turbulence

• Boost Ability: When boosting, Lord Snappy spins in a circle and creates a vortex. This appears to be cosmetic.

Mega Shout

• Ultimate Ability: HIs screams are so powerful, that HE turns prey to stone. This can help him escape bigger sharks.

Crawl

• Passive Ability: Similar to how Abysshark, Sharknarok and Abyssaurus Rex can crawl on land, Lord Snappy can crawl on land much faster as he uses his claws to "bypass" the bystanders.

Lord Snappy can also Break Rocks while his un-evolved counterpart can't.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

• Stronger than before and is able to eat prey that he could not previously
• Very fast and agile when fully upgraded.
• Has a large amount of health which aids in surviving for long periods of time.
• Compact which allows him to fit through narrow spaces.
• His ability can turn prey to stone and make them unable to escape
• His ability can also be effective to escape stronger sharks
• Lord Snappy has the fourth most health of all the sharks in Hungry Shark Evolution. Only having less health than Aaron the Destruktor, Magmajira, and Behemoth.
• Can break rocks
• Levels up fairly quickly
• Ability turns prey into stone and the ability that spins around breaks prey into pieces, eating a lot of prey.
• Can be used for money grinding.
• Can walk/crawl on land
• Gets Gold Rush very quickly

Cons:

• Vulnerable to submarines.
• Still takes beaching damage
• His ability will not permanently turn prey to stone, prey can unfreeze.
• Health drains EXTREMELY quickly without Snappy Junior

Tips

• Use your ability when near other stronger enemies to immobilize them. This helps by giving you time to escape. Try avoiding going on land as you get health drain. Max out boost. Use your ability as a last resort, (as in only when on low stamina) as if you have a good amount of stamina, you can just boost away as Lord Snappy is fast. Use Lord Snappy to get Nessie, as Leo levels up a bit slowly. (if you have him). To level up faster, use the Top Hat, the Price Tag, the Tow Tie, and the Mustache. during the beginning on your run, attack Enemy Pyro Sharks to get a fast gold rush, then attack boats during gold rush until bigger sharks spawn, then attack them when you're in gold rush.

Trivia

• When he was released, a glitch occurred that did not allow Snappy Junior to be equipped. As of April 13 2021 update, Snappy Junior is available again.
• Of course, Lord Snappy's species name (Therionsaurus) is not a real animal, despite sounding similar to the real Therizinosaurus. "Therionsaurus" roughly translates to "Beast\Animal Reptile," which seems to prove that the design is unrelated to Therizinosaurus, which translates to the much different "Scythe Reptile."
• Lord Snappy resembles an American alligator to an extent, especially with the Pyrosaurus skin.
