Shoal Fish are several different fishes that appear in Hungry Shark Primal. There are multiple types with different shapes and appearances, but they all share the same behavior.
Description[]
Shoal Fish spawn in very common numbers all throughout the map. They swim around as a school at a calm pace, but if disturbed, will flee and break their group. Eating an entire shoal awards a Shoal Bonus.

- They appear to be the game's counterparts to Sardines and Tropical Fish from older installments.
- In the Swamp, a bug exists where extremely large amounts of Pharyngolepis spawn to the point the game lags and sometimes even crashes. The bug is caused by the fish constantly respawning at a fast rate even if they are not being eaten.
- There is a background prop at the surface featuring all 4 Shoal Fish types hanging on a rack, presumably caught by humans for food.
